Migrate logging to slf4j (@Slf4j); drop the shop file-log

Match the sibling plugins' logging: Lombok @Slf4j + log.info/warn/error instead of java.util.logging. Migrated all 72 ChestShop.getBukkitLogger() calls + the getPlugin().getLogger() form across ~18 classes. Dropped the separate shop-transaction .log file (shop sales are recorded in the Treasury ledger — PAR-234): removed shopLogger/FileHandler/FileFormatter, the LOG_TO_FILE/LOG_TO_CONSOLE config options, and the vestigial log4j turnOffDatabaseLogging filter (suppressed ORMLite noise from a library replaced by MyBatis in PAR-282). Only vendored Base64 keeps its own java.util.logging.
