GitHub integration demo — commit + PR link, status from merge

Target for a synthetic GitHub webhook chain so you can see the result in the UI: a linked commit, a linked PR that goes open → merged, and the status driven In Progress → Done. The "Development" panel + activity timeline below are populated by the webhook, not by hand.
