Verified Planned → Done: the code-awareness feature (CodeContextProvider — GitHub code-search context for triage) is built and deployed in the tesks image. It's dormant until a GITHUB_TOKEN is configured — that activation + a docs-fetch step is tracked separately in PAR-61. (Issue text was vague — if "code functionality" meant something else from the tesks-testing discussion, reopen.)
